This Returns and Exchanges Policy (“Policy”) explains how La Pregunta Store (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Store”) handles returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made through our website at lapreguntastore.com. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms in this Policy. This Policy is designed to be fair, clear, and consistent with applicable consumer protection laws.


1. RETURN WINDOW

We accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product page or required by law. To be eligible, items must be returned in new, unused condition, with original packaging and all included accessories, tags, and inserts.

We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges that do not meet the conditions outlined in this Policy.


2. NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene, safety, or final sale conditions. These may include items marked as final sale, clearance items, gift cards, digital products, and items that have been used, washed, altered, damaged, or are missing original packaging.

If a product is not eligible for return or exchange, we will indicate this on the product page or at the time of purchase when possible. If you have questions about whether an item can be returned, please contact us before returning it.


3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

To request a return or exchange, you must contact us first at sales@lapreguntastore.com within the return window. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the request. If your request is approved, we will provide instructions on where and how to send your return.

Returns sent without authorization or without contacting us first may be refused or returned to the sender.


4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Unless the return is due to an error on our part, a defective item, or a damaged shipment, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable except where required by law.

If an exchange is approved, additional shipping charges may apply depending on the item and shipping destination.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.


5. CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS

Returned items must be received in the same condition in which they were delivered. Items must be unused and free from signs of wear, including scratches, scuffs, stains, odors, or damage. Items must be returned with original packaging and included materials.

If we receive a returned item that shows signs of use, damage, missing parts, or improper packaging, we may deny the return, issue a partial refund, or require the item to be shipped back to you at your expense, depending on the circumstances.


6. EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you request an exchange for a different size, color, or variation, we will do our best to accommodate your request. If the requested replacement item is not available, you may choose a different item of equal value, pay the difference for a higher-value item, or receive a refund according to this Policy.

We reserve the right to limit exchanges for repeated returns, suspected abuse, or where an item is not eligible.


7. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us at sales@lapreguntastore.com within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. You must provide your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

If we confirm the issue, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on availability and the nature of the issue. We may require the item to be returned before issuing a refund or sending a replacement.

Damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, improper handling, improper storage, or accidental damage after delivery is not considered a defect.


8. REFUND PROCESSING

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider and your financial institution.

If an exchange is approved, we will process the replacement shipment after the returned item has been received and inspected, unless we decide otherwise.


9. PARTIAL REFUNDS

We reserve the right to issue partial refunds in circumstances where returned items show signs of use, are missing packaging or accessories, or have been returned in a condition that reduces their resale value. We will notify you if a partial refund applies.


10. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us as soon as possible at sales@lapreguntastore.com. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped. If the order has shipped, you must follow the return process after delivery.


11. REFUSED SHIPMENTS AND UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a shipment is refused, returned due to incorrect address information, or otherwise undeliverable, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges. Once the item is returned to us, we may issue a refund excluding original shipping fees, subject to inspection and our policies.


12. FRAUD, ABUSE, AND POLICY VIOLATIONS

We reserve the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or refunds if we suspect fraud, abuse, repeated excessive returns, or violations of our policies. This includes cases where items are returned used, damaged, altered, or with missing parts, as well as cases where chargebacks are initiated improperly.
