This Shipping and Delivery Policy (“Policy”) explains how La Pregunta Store (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Store”) handles shipping, delivery, and order fulfillment for purchases made through our website at lapreguntastore.com. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms described in this Policy.
1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to addresses within Puerto Rico and the United States, and we may offer additional shipping destinations depending on availability and carrier coverage. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified during checkout or after placing your order, and your order may be canceled and refunded if shipment cannot be completed.
We reserve the right to limit shipping to certain locations, restrict deliveries to PO Boxes, or refuse shipping to addresses we consider high-risk, incomplete, or invalid.
2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within one to three business days after payment is successfully confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time includes order verification, packaging, and preparing the shipment for carrier pickup.
During high-volume periods, product launches, sales promotions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may take longer. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.
3. SHIPPING METHODS AND CARRIERS
We ship using third-party carriers and delivery services. The carrier options available for your order may vary depending on your location, package size, weight, and service availability.
Shipping method options, estimated delivery times, and costs are typically displayed during checkout. We reserve the right to change carriers or shipping methods when necessary to complete delivery, including substituting an equivalent or faster service when available.
4. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and may vary based on order total, shipping destination, package dimensions, package weight, and the shipping method selected.
Any applicable taxes, duties, or additional fees imposed by a carrier or government authority are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. Promotional shipping offers, including free shipping, may be available at times and may be subject to conditions such as minimum order value, destination restrictions, or limited-time availability.
5. DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Delivery time estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Estimated delivery times begin once the order has been processed and handed off to the carrier, not from the time the order is placed.
Delivery delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including weather events, customs processing, carrier disruptions, local delivery restrictions, inaccurate address information, or unforeseen service interruptions.
La Pregunta Store is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or events beyond our control, but we will assist customers to the extent reasonably possible by providing tracking information and support.
6. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for your shipment. Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take time to reflect movement after shipment is created.

7. ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. This includes correct name, address, apartment or unit number, city, state, zip code, and any other required delivery details.
La Pregunta Store is not responsible for failed deliveries, delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping costs to reship the order.
8. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, the carrier is responsible for delivery. If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, you must first check with household members, neighbors, building management, or local delivery personnel, and verify that the address provided was correct.
If a package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, you must contact us as soon as possible at sales@lapreguntastore.com. We may assist you with filing a claim with the carrier and providing documentation, but replacement or refund is not guaranteed unless required by law or unless the carrier approves the claim.
If your package arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials, take photographs of the damaged product and box, and contact us within forty-eight hours of delivery so we can evaluate and assist with next steps.
9. FAILED DELIVERY AND RETURNED PACKAGES
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to pick up from a carrier facility, or failure to follow carrier instructions, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges and handling fees to reship the order.
We reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the product cost excluding original shipping charges once the returned package is received, depending on the reason for return and the condition of the product.
10. SPLIT SHIPMENTS
We may ship items separately if an order contains multiple items, if products are stored in different fulfillment locations, or if some items become temporarily unavailable. In such cases, you may receive multiple shipments and tracking numbers. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments unless explicitly stated at checkout.
11. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
If international shipping becomes available, customers may be responsible for duties, taxes, customs fees, and import charges imposed by their country. Delivery times for international shipments may vary depending on customs processing and carrier handling.
We are not responsible for delays, seized shipments, or refused deliveries due to customs regulations or restrictions in the destination country. Customers are responsible for confirming local import rules before placing an order.
12. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, material limitations, or carrier policies. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders containing restricted items if we are unable to ship them safely or legally to the intended destination.
